Advanced endeavors to design, install and maintain AV systems that function virtually every time you plan on using them but we do know that from time to time problems and failures do occur.

Maintenance and service needs can vary by organization and installation type and typically depend on such factors as room usage, the complexity of the AV systems within the rooms as well as the importance of the room in question.  Which is why we’ve created customize comprehensive packages that are designed to meet each of the individual needs of the various room types included in the building design.

Stay Advanced® Customer Care Packages

Our Stay Advanced service programs are designed to safeguard your environment and that you get the most out of your technology investment.  We focus on prevention and rescue, so you decrease system downtime, increase performance, and receive rapid response to emergencies.

Stay Advanced ensures you get the highest level of support and decreases your total cost of ownership.  We can maintain your rooms even if we didn’t do the original installation!

There are four levels of the Stay Advanced Service Program, each suited to the unique needs and requirements of your organization:

  • Standard
  • Plus
  • Premium
  • Custom

Stay Advanced® Standard

Standard is our entry level customer care package that gives the basic level of support we recommend for your system.  It provides protection above our standard installation warranty, and is designed for environments that have a minimal impact on your organization in the event of a failure.  Highlights include one annual preventative maintenance visit, two emergency service calls, unlimited technical support (phone/email), and guaranteed on-site response time of 2 days.  Stay Advanced callouts are prioritized ahead of non-Stay Advanced customers.

Stay Advanced® Plus

Plus is our most popular package when mission critical support isn’t required.  Advanced will conduct two annual preventative maintenance visits to reduce system downtime.  The package also includes unlimited on-site emergency visits with a response time of less than 8 hours.

Stay Advanced® Premium

Premium level is designed for organizations and environments that require 100% uptime and urgent rescue in the event of a system failure.  Urgent problem resolution is the top priority at this level featuring a 4 hour on-site response time with unlimited emergency visits.  Four annual preventative maintenance visits help ensure the system is always performing to the highest standards decreasing system downtime.

Stay Advanced® Custom   

Custom is used for clients with unique and demanding customer service support requirements.  We support clients with on-site expertise, facilities management services, and multi-location support with our custom packages.  Our team is happy to provide a Custom package after an in depth consultation on your current systems and service requirements.


Stay Advanced® Customer Support Team

Our customer support team provides technical and service support.  Advanced’s dependable call centre is robust, with skilled and certified experts ready to resolve any technical problem with your system.  Our team will schedule and dispatch technicians at your convenience.  Customer satisfaction and a rapid solution to your problem is our goal.

We can do repairs to most audio visual equipment such as data/video projectors, videowalls, interactive whiteboards, displays, video conferencing systems, control & automation systems, and public address systems.
