THE ADVANCED SOLUTION
Advanced has been equipping SMLS classrooms and meeting rooms with state-of-the-art AV solutions since 2006. With ground-breaking meeting, lecture and classroom technology that includes SMARTBoard interactive whiteboards, ceiling-mounted projectors, motorized screens and audio systems, Advanced has transformed more than 40 basic classrooms into fully interactive learning environments. Each classroom at SMLS is equipped with a SMARTboard to support innovative teaching practice and an active, stimuli-rich learning environment.
With the incorporation of SMART interactive whiteboards into all classrooms, teachers at SMLS can present material in a dynamic and flexible way that promotes student participation and involvement. Students are able to stand up and physically manipulate information, interacting verbally, visually and kinesthetically, helping them to form a deeper connection with concepts that are presented and one that has personal meaning. Now, lecturers can share online research, data and images with their audience in a much more collaborative, on-demand environment.
The educational audiovisual solution deployed across classrooms at SMLS allows educators and presenters to share material in new and exciting ways to create a collaborative learning environment. This new technology allows the school to meet the individual needs of all students, addressing multiple learning styles and teaching practices.
