Pepsi identified a need for larger, better-equipped meeting, presentation and offices spaces for staff to enable them to work and connect more collaboratively and effectively and relocated their Canadian head office to a larger space in Mississauga Ontario. The new facility contained 12 meeting spaces, all of which needed to include state-of-the-art AV display solutions.
THE ADVANCED SOLUTION
To provide them with the collaborative display systems they required, Pepsi turned to Advanced. Our AV experts installed completely integrated audiovisual solutions within all 12 of the meeting rooms that included state-of-the-art audio and video conferencing, projectors, control systems, voice reinforcement systems and flat-panel screens.
In addition to the 12 meeting rooms, Pepsi also wanted visual display solutions installed within several public areas (reception, elevator, etc.) at the new facility. Installation of an integrated AV system within a large presentation room that could accommodate very large group meetings was also added to the scope of work and represented a luxury Pepsi did not have at their previous facility.
Advanced equipped each of the 12 meeting rooms with the latest-technology Polycom teleconferencing systems and crisp, clear 52₺ NEC displays. An enhanced audio reinforcement solution was also installed to provide a highly-collaborative working environment that would encourage all participants to join into group discussions. Large-format LG televisions were wall mounted within the reception area, elevators and refreshment areas to effectively display up-to-the-minute corporate information and news to both clients, visitors and staff. The executive boardroom was also equipped with an innovative display solution and presentation technology to promote and facilitate ongoing interaction with clients and increase employee productivity.
