ABOUT AIRD & BERLIS LLP
Located in Toronto’s Bay Street business district, the firm of Aird & Berlis LLP comprises a diverse group of more than 130 talented Canadian lawyers. The firm provides a wide range of corporate legal services for various sectors including Banking, Corporate/Commercial, Corporate Finance, Energy, Environmental, Insolvency and Restructuring, Litigation, Municipal and Land-Use Planning, Real Estate and Tax.
Aird & Berlis LLP required a multi-faceted AV solution that included a portable, yet powerful, collaboration system for meetings, as well as complete employee training on any new software to ensure staff was always able to use new and upgraded products and software successfully. The Firm was looking for a full-service AV solutions expert to provide the hardware, software and training for the entire installation without having to go to multiple or third-party vendors.
THE ADVANCED SOLUTION
To meet and exceed the client’s expectations and requirements, Advanced suggested the SMART Podium interactive pen display. The solution allows Aird & Berlis employees to create engaging presentations and dynamic collaboration sessions by giving them the means to interact with digital content. Presenters could now perform simple annotation at internal and external meetings, allowing them to display the content on a large screen for all attendees and remote users to see clearly.
Advanced also provided SMART Meeting Pro software to give employees and clients the opportunity to share content and capture ideas through digital whiteboarding. The visual collaboration solution provided by Advanced helps to foster a sense of teamwork within the Firm by engaging the full audience simultaneously and allowing them to easily exchange ideas. Advanced also provided in-house training on both the software and hardware to ensure all users could easily operate the programs and use them to their fullest potential to deliver effective, impressive presentations.
